  The best museum of contemporary art in Australia. I like the bouncing of ideas and new styles all around this museum. It is in a historic area and it is living history that art is still in the making. I love the deeply reflective art, bright and airy surroundings and the stimulation I get from the art. The museum also has a restaurant and accessible entrances. Try to take trains or buses to this museum, though, and stroll by the beautiful Park near Circular Quay/The Rocks before coming here.

  This museum is amazing! The exhibits are beautiful, and the staff are very helpful, informative and friendly. The cafe, restaurant and bar are also lovely, but expensive. It is very easy to get there, just a few minute walk from Circular Quay. There are also great deals for membership that give you unlimited access to the exhibitions throughout the year which are definitely worth the visit.

  Well kept museum with rotating special exhibitions with free entry (although some special exhibitions do have extra charges). Nice place to walk around and situated right on the Quay area in the Rocks. Staff are pleasant if a little cold. They also have some fun/unique gifts in the gift shop and do workshops for kids and adults.

  An amazing museum with fantastic artworks. It's a very underrated gallery. Great range of paintings, sculptures and installations. It's a must to visit. I'll be coming back here again. And love the iris birds outside too!

  The museum is a popular event venue too. I've attended a wedding and a customer drink up event. The views around are the prime attraction of the venue. As a museum of modern art it depends on the exhibit on currently but as an event venue it excels
