Wouldn't even give it one star, I drove down from interstate with some mates thinking we could get in to the Halloween event with tickets bought in first release. We got there at like.. 9pm and we were told to go to the back of the line with the rest of everyone that didn't have tickets.... extremely disappointed as to how they had organised security and the ticket management selling more than their capacity. Won't be going back again.

Food was pretty good value and the $10 cocktails looked good (considering what you pay), IF you have time to get them. But we won't try again.

Visited here on Monday evening and the service was so poor it was hilarious.

I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero stars. The WORST service I've ever had. For my friend's birthday, she booked a table and when the time came to be seated, there was no 'reserved' on the table and other people had to be asked to move by the server. They didn't clean the table and left their used glasses and plates which was not taken away until the food we ordered, arrived. We had to ask 2 different staff members about the food which my friend had paid $400 in advance for. Both said, "They'll check". This is NOT good enough. The food said it would be enough for 40 people but couldn't feed 20. It was VERY disappointing. There were 20 of us in the party and the staff brought a bottle of champagne with only 6 glasses. Everyone seemed in a mad dash and didn't want to make eye contact with our group. An absolute joke for someone who has paid $400 for this outing to be treated like this. NEVER coming back here again. Really expected better after hearing so much about the place.

This continued for the two hours we were there. A trip to the bar, on a very quiet Monday (the day before Cup Day), would take 20min or more.

Every trip to the bar took an eternity, as the two staff behind the bar serving (as opposed to the four eating pizza as they polished glasses) operated with no sense of urgency.

Yep, this was a Tuesday night, very quiet, not crowded at all. After being approached by a Waitress to provide us drinks on a tab. Service was worse than going to the bar ourselves. It was extremely slow with flat undrinkable drinks, dirty tables and loo. Why is there not someone in charge sorting out all those issues. I know this place gets extremely busy over weekends, but surely, this is an Iconic Venue and should have a reputation to uphold. I would call in John Taffer to sort this place out. Very disappointed.

It's okay, we got free entry for coming early and I wouldn't want to pay. The vibe was a bit not nice and girls have to wear heels which is really uncomfortable. There were also security and waiting to access every single different area which whilst understandable was also a bit much. Wouldn't go again unless free. Oh nice access to Circular Quay if your boat home operates that late.
