  Great coffee, quick service. Very busy and staff were efficient but not very personable. Nice little alleyway with lots of charm. Would visit again.

  The atmosphere and interior design at this cafe is really nice and relaxing although it can get a little loud inside. The food is very aesthetically pleasing. I had the smoked chicken club sandwich was fried to perfection and tasted amazing! The only downside to this place would be the breakfast menu is a little on the pricey side.

  Overall I thought it was good given the price for the location. Went there for lunch and sandwiches were under $15. You order at the counter and they give you a number so you can sit wherever. The coffee was pretty decent (not the best, but not the worst) and the food came out relatively quickly, given how busy it was. I enjoyed the sandwich (corned beef with gruyere) and would go here again.

  There were no people waiting for a table (was nearly empty) and we were eating there for only 15-20mins! Worst experience in 2017!!

  Food was average. Pretty much what you'd expect for a large Italian restaurant. Venue is large but quite noisy and we were satisfied with the service. I would probably have given 4 stars if it wasn't for what happened when we tried to pay. I was questioned by the waiter as to why I wasn't leaving a tip. I'm pretty sure that is my decision, a tip should be in ADDITION to the bill, it certainly shouldn't be expected. Restaurant managers if you are reading this take note. This is not an acceptable question to ask your customers. This is Australia not the USA.

  Worst customer service ever! When I was still having my food, a server came to take my friends' plates. Then she took my plate without asking me whilst I was holding my food with a fork... I tried not to care and grab my coffee cup to drink, she took my saucer! Wow... then as soon as i put my coffee cup on the table, she took it as well.... I talked to the other server to make a complaint then she came to apologise but she didnt look sorry to me at all (She rather said its because she does not speak good Korean but DOES IT MATTER??? We didnt ask her to speak in Korean??? If she is not good at it she could have apologised in english though???) I asked her to call the manager for me then she said "why? Are you still upset?"....... omg.... i just walked away from there. Yes it was pretty unpleasant!!
